WELCOME

Hello!  My name is Heather Holahan.  I learned so many invaluable lessons about the glitter and the grind of life while living in New York City,  and wanted to capture it via photography and poetry.   Though the concept for my website and blog originated in the Big Apple, I've discovered that there's a little bit of glitter and grind everywhere you go.   Here's a little excerpt from a poem that I wrote.  Enjoy and thank you for checking out my work.

You have a new verse for your survival serenade

You're still out there grinding and you're still getting paid

Get out of your head

The past is dead

When you tap into your beautiful core

You can stop your dreams from hitting the floor

Oh Riley Rose, just give us all a break

The world was always there for you to take
