Honey, does this world make my butt look big?

This would be the grind section of the glitter and grind dichotomy. I'm going to commit the next three months to fitness, losing weight, being a different size, and getting some features back. I'll do the before and after in three months - deal? Listen - we all know WHAT to do - exercise, cut the sugar and carbs and stick with a routine. It's flipping that mental switch and having the will power to do it. I have a little bit of a head start - I've been biking, going to aqua zumba and walking - and my goal is to work out 4-5 days per week. Since I'm putting this out here in my blog, I am holding myself accountable. Who's in with me? OK my beloved glitter and grind peeps - let the mind games begin! We will get back to this blog post in September.
