This would be the grind section of the glitter and grind dichotomy. I'm going to commit the next three months to fitness, losing weight, being a different size, and getting some features back. I'll do the before and after in three months - deal? Listen - we all know WHAT to do - exercise, cut the sugar and carbs and stick with a routine. It's flipping that mental switch and having the will power to do it. I have a little bit of a head start - I've been biking, going to aqua zumba and walking - and my goal is to work out 4-5 days per week. Since I'm putting this out here in my blog, I am holding myself accountable. Who's in with me? OK my beloved glitter and grind peeps - let the mind games begin!
